I'm unable to Find Tracking Number?

You can find tracking number sent to you in a separate email. Or, if you created account at checkout just login to account. Usually tracking emails are sent out within 4-5 days after your place order.

Why Product is still undelivered!!

You been waiting for more than 10 days now and product hasn't shown up on your door! Again, try to track your parcel or Click 'HELP' at bottom right corner.

What should I do if Product is defective/broken!!

We are happy to accept defective/broken deliveries unless not mentioned in the product listing. Please click some images of the product and packaging (please include label), attach and reply to this email. Please  Click 'HELP' at bottom right corner to log case.

Usually it takes 1-2 business days to process dispatch/refund after we receive the goods.

I have by mistake ordered Wrong Size/Incorrect address/Mind Change!!

We insist our customers to read the description thoroughly so that you make right choice about sizes, colours, design etc. You might have to pay for return postage and 20% restocking fee as per Term & Conditions. Please  Click 'HELP' at bottom right corner to log case.

I need Refunds/Store Credit
