It works fine, about what you would expect for the price. Difficult to put together and I dont trust it to hold heavy clothes on some bars since the parts dont all line up quite right. However the customer service I received was *terrible*. Took over a month to be shipped, eventually I made a request to cancel the order and refund it. Was ignored for over a week, I asked a second time, also ignored for several days before I was told "it was returned to us so we repackaged and reshipped it" and that I would get tracking soon. I never received any tracking notifications, and the site tracking only ever showed "confirmed". For all that I knew, it was never shipped. Eventually I lodged a complaint with fair trading, since I wasn't receiving any further responses. It finally arrived yesterday and I requested to withdraw the complaint, but I will not be ordering from here again and don't recommend anyone else to get things from this site.
